TREATMENTS

FULL BOARD INCLUDES

* FULL BOARD + BEVERAGES AT MEALTIMES is for those who want something extra: unlimited water, local wine (house Trebbiano/Sangiovese) and Coke/Fanta during meals.


**ALL INCLUSIVE  is for those who want an all-inclusive vacation with unlimited water and wine (house Trebbiano/Sangiovese) and Coke/Fanta at the table, beach service with 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room in the 2nd sector (The beach service is to be paid directly to the bathing establishments we have an agreement with, No. 121 and 122).

Our prices include 10% VAT, excluding tourist tax: 3.00 euros per day only for the first 7 nights. It applies only to people aged 14 and over.

Surcharges
Single room = € 10.00 per day
Double room for single use = € 20.00 per day
Air Conditioning (Classic type only) = € 5.00 per room
For stays of only 2 days = € 10.00 per person per day

FAMILY PLAN SPECIAL*
2 adults + 2 children up to 12 years old = only 3 pay, a child stays free (except from 10/08 to 24/08 inclusive)
from 10/08 to 24/08: 2 adults + 2 children up to 8 years old = only 3 pay, a child stays free

At the bathing establishment that has an agreement with us, you will find the following services

changing cabins of the Hotel, beach huts to store pool floats and games, cold and hot showers, toilets, fountain with drinking water, reading corner with newspapers and magazines, table tennis, water aerobics, entertainment for children and adults Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon and 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., bocce court, beach-volleyball court, gym, group dance classes every afternoon, large play area for the little ones where they can have fun safely. Plus, for your children: free babysitting service provided by the Baby Club on the beach. Toilet equipped for toddlers with changing table.

In case of early departure, a penalty per person equal to the cost of 3 nights will be calculated. Guests who leave for any reason during their stay will not receive any discount or reduction on the daily rate.
Meals not eaten at the hotel will not be deducted.
The room is available to the guest from 12 noon on the day of arrival to 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The day of departure is always meant to be the last one notified by the customer.
Deposit required for the reservation.
Baby crib and high chairs are available.
Night porter.


Upon request (when booking) we prepare menus for people with celiac disease or to meet your health needs.

Small pets are allowed for an additional fee of € 10 per day (up to a maximum of 2 per room).
